📍 Entrance: North End of SkyBeach Hotel Parking Lot

✅ WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARRIVE

1. Park at the north end of the SkyBeach Hotel lot.

2. Unload your trash into your team’s tarp-lined wagon.

3. Follow the ramp into the pavilion, walk straight, then turn right toward the stage.

4. Check in at the table near the stage with your team name.

Check-In Process:

• Every team must complete:

  • 📝 A paper check-in form (1 per team)

  • 📲 A digital form (scan QR code at the table)

• Pre-registered teams receive a Team Packet.

• Walk-up teams receive a clipboard and items based on team size.

• 🎟️ 1 Wristband – for the Burger Buffet

• 🥤 2 Drink Tickets – redeemable at the private bar

• 🛍️ $5 Retail Discount Coupon

• 👕 1 Free Event Shirt (while supplies last)

• 🪣 Swag Bucket Ticket – Redeem at the Raffle Station (while supplies last)

⚖️ WEIGH-IN & CLEANUP GUIDELINES

📍 Location: Pavilion | 🕐 Time: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM

Categories:

• ✔️ Total Weight – Measured in pounds

• ⚓ Anchors – Counted by number collected

• 🎯 Most Unique Item – Judged by weigh-in team

• ♻️ 7 Types of Plastics Challenge – Sort your trash into these 7 plastic categories before weigh-in:

  1. Plastic bottles

  2. Bottle caps

  3. Food wrappers

  4. Plastic bags

  5. Straws/stirrers

  6. Foam (Styrofoam)

  7. Other miscellaneous plastic pieces

🛑 You may enter up to 2 categories:
Total Weight + ONE of the following:
• Most Unique Item
• Anchors
• 7 Types of Plastics Challenge

👕 Put on your shirt for team photos and interviews during weigh-in!

🍔 BURGER BUFFET

🕐 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
🎟️ Show your wristband to eat.
