🚀 Step 1: Team Up & Sign Up

✅ Gather your crew – Whether you're a diver, snorkeler, kayaker, boater, or a shoreside warrior, build your team and pick your cleanup style!
✅ Register for FREE – All participants get a team bucket, event swag, lunch, and a drink from Tito’s Handmade Vodka or 3Daughters Brewery (21+).
✅ Mandatory Virtual Meeting – At least one team captain or diver must attend the Virtual Participant Meeting on Friday, April 4, 2025, from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM.

📍 Step 2: Make a Plan

✅ Choose Your Cleanup Zone – Will your team clean up on land or in the water? Pick a beach, park, marina, or reef where you can make the biggest impact.
✅ Confirm Your Vessel – Waterborne teams need a boat, kayak, or dive plan to safely collect trash from the ocean.
✅ Diving or Snorkeling? – All divers must have proper certifications and follow safety protocols.

📸 Step 3: Download PhotoCircle & Document Your Cleanup

✅ Download the PhotoCircle App – This is how we track and showcase your cleanup efforts! 
✅ Take Before & After Photos – Snap shots of your team, the trash collected, and your cleanup zone.
✅ Upload them on Photocircle & Share – Help inspire others by sharing your journey on social media.

♻️ Step 4: Clean Up & Show Up at SkyBeach!

✅ Start Cleaning at First Light (7:07 AM) – Remove as much trash as possible from the environment.
✅ Weigh-in by 2:30 PM – Head to SkyBeach Hotel & Marina to submit your trash haul and qualify for awards.
✅ Get Free Swag – Every participant gets event goodies just for showing up and making a difference!

🎤 Step 5: Get Featured with Trash Caulin!

✅ Do Your Interview – Meet environmental influencer Trash Caulin and share your experience!
✅ Spread the Message – Your efforts will be featured in event coverage and on social media.

🎶 Step 6: Celebrate & Win Big!

🏆 Compete for Epic Prizes – Tournament categories include Total Weight, Most Unique Item, Most Anchors, and more!
🍹 Enjoy a Private Beach Party – Celebrate with free lunch and drinks from Tito’s Handmade Vodka & 3Daughters Brewery.

⚠️ Important Reminders

🚫 Do NOT remove natural vegetation, wildlife, or live marine organisms.
⚠️ Report hazardous materials (oil barrels, chemicals, etc.) to event staff.
📄 All participants must sign a waiver (minors need a parent/guardian signature).
☀️ Rain or Shine Event – No backup date, so come prepared!
